When I edited RSS Template to display Content rather than Summary, Netlify failed to deploy

I built a blogging website using Hugo Lithium (theme). I edited the RSS 2.0 basic template (rss.xml) so that “.Content” rather than “.Summary” be displayed. Netlify displayed before editing but not after. My site server displayed it both times. Here is the error message from Netlify

Error: Error building site: failed to render pages: render of “R Stories” failed: “/opt/build/repo/layouts/rss.xml:9:19”: execute of template failed: template: rss.xml:9:19: executing “rss.xml” at <.Site.Config.Service…>: can’t evaluate field RSS in type services.Config

Help will be very much appreciated.

I was able to solve this problem by adding a netlify.toml to the main folder of my project (hugo-lithium-ion theme). The theme does not come with this file. I hope this will help future users of lithium-ion theme for blogging.
Save your config.toml as netlify.toml in the same directory, then empty the new file, copy and paste netlify.tom from this sitel
