I deployed the website, it used to open a few hours ago, but now it shows error right immediately once I try to load it. However, its .netlify.app alternative is loading fast.
Nameservers are pointed correctly in the domain.
Need I say more?

I do believe it is not related to propagation since the website comes online and goes down over time. Looks like there is zone conflicts somewhere else.
The changes were recently made, it’s almost certainly propagation. I can see that there’s a few straggling regions here: DNS Propagation Test for globus.az - Explore the results
Which means that the changes haven’t made their way to every DNS provider and/or ISP just yet
