Vue.js and adsense

Hi guys. I am using the awake template (Vue.js ) to host my blog on the netlify using git. Recently my blog verified on Google Adsense and I opt for auto ad. I put the head tag using the snippet injector. But now I am supposed to put the ads.txt in the root directory. I tried simply putting the ads.txt in the root directory then deploying but it isn’t working.

I need help in how to put the ads.txt in the root directory. Please help me with this
