Unlock or delete NETLIFY DNS record

Hi,

I read here that in order to have a NETLIFY DNS record deleted, I need to request it.

My DNS record I would like deleted:

NETLIFY    recent-sales-pop.primerapps.com

Hi, @Acidic9. I’ve unlocked the existing records for the domain you mentioned now.

To be clear, our support team doesn’t delete the records; we unlock them so you can delete them if you choose to.

If there are other questions or concerns, please let us know.

What’s your issue @Rose? Luke was able to unlock it for me and I deleted the DNS record.
