Unable to add A record

Is there an existing NETLIFY/NETLIFYv6 type system record already in place for the same domain name? If so, our support staff can delete the “system” record which will allow the new record to be created.

​Please let us know if this is the case and, either way, what the domain name affected is. We’ll be able to delete the system records.

If there is no system record or there are other questions, please let us know this as well.
