Unable to add A record

I am unable to add A record to my domain in Netlify DNS panel

I get this error

A: 400 - link exists, all config must be empty.

Can some one please help me out

Is there an existing NETLIFY/NETLIFYv6 type system record already in place for the same domain name? If so, our support staff can delete the “system” record which will allow the new record to be created.

Can you please help me delete the system records for the below domains

  1. hatkits.xyz
  2. hatkit.xyz
  3. hatkits1.xyz
  4. hatkit.club

As far as I can see, we host only hatkit.xyz in your account. I can remove the records there. Do you want me to put a different value in place when I do? Otherwise your site will be offline.

The other domain (hatkit.club) belongs to a different customer so I cannot remove it based on your request.


I was trying to add a subdomain that points to my blogger blog with two CNAMEs, but netlify record were added/created and I can’t delete it

so can you please help me by deleting the blog.menemsalama.com with a NETLIFY type so I can get my CNAMEs to work with blogger?

I’ve been receiving the same error while trying to add A records to our site — can you please help delete the necessary NETLIFY records to resolve this issue? Also can you verify that deleting these will not impact other DNS configs (email, sendgrid, etc.)?
