Stopped receiving form submissions in Gmail on Dec 15

Hi, as on Dec 15th I stopped receiving form submission notification emails from Netlify.

I can still see the submissions in the Netlify backend, and they get delivered to Yahoo emails, but not to Gmail.

I heard Gmail is down for the latest couple of days.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

This is happening to multiple clients/sites (not just one site)

I think I might have found the issue:

Netlify does not deliver emails to my Gmail that contains a dot inside the email address.

I will not post my real email address here, but basically:

my.email@gmail.com <- Netlify does NOT deliver form notification submissions
myemail@gmail.com <- Netlify DOES deliver form notification submissions

SO this might be a Netlify bug. It started happening sometime in December 2020.
