SSL provisioning stuck loading for days

  • I have now already provisioned custom certificate which will expire in Expires: Monday, 20 January 2020 at 18:47:34 Central European Standard Time, I have moved DNS to netlify DNS and clicked use automatic renewal of SSL/TLS let’s encrypt certificate, which is now stuck for days. I cannot perform any action in UI.

Hi, @krutinajan. This is occurring because the Netlify NS records were added to, instead of replacing, the previous NS record for this domain. In other words, Netlify DNS isn’t correctly enabled at the domain registrar’s service.

I’ll send you an email about this and include the details there.
