Hi! I’m new to netlify and I have the same issue here at pottani.com. Can anybody here help me solving this issue? The certificate will expire in the next 5 hours by the time I write this, but when I click the button to renew the certificate manually, it keeps showing the same error message

And now the renew manually button doesn’t appear, but the error persists.

Hi, @rayhannr. The issue here is that this domain is not using Netlify DNS but you have a DNS zone in Netlify DNS configure for it. I call this the “inactive DNS zone issue” and there is a support guide about how to fix it here:

What is an “inactive Netlify DNS zone”? First, it would help to define the term “DNS zone”.
