Ntl dev --live runs my site fine, but deployed site does not handle the expected results

The issue I am having is certain, dynamic URLs aren’t loading as expected i.e. https://hithr-static.netlify.app/12486bc4-9290-435e-9e68-2a1f0ac25f35. When I run ntl dev --live with the same codebase, I am able to utilize these dynamic URLs and see what I expect.
