Not showing the page in subfolder when opening the link directly

Hi,
In comparison there are 2 sites:

1. adaptivescale.com - (opens)
2. adaptivescale.com/hub/ - (I have another landing page with index.html ) - does not open
   But from inside the page of adaptivescale.com (in the menu I have Hub, and when I click that It opens up the landing page inside the subfolder but doesn’t change the link in the header /hub for example)

But here the index inside subfolder it opens:
2. https://pp03proapps.netlify.app/ (here opens)
2. https://pp03proapps.netlify.app/pages/ui/general (here opens the landing page)
