Netlify ‘www.’ Issue

So this is an issue that I have ignored, but I was just wondering why if you just put in a Netlify site url without www., it works but if you add that www., it doesn’t work.

Are you using a custom domain or actually xxxxx.netlify.com?

hey there, as andy said, we’d need to know the site/domain in question in order to be able to respond.

The actual domain is www.netlify.app, but the subdomain www is being replaced by your name thunderlinestudios. You can’t have 2 subdomains
