NETLIFY Record for root domain does not work

Hi there,

I changed my dns records at my domain register with those given by netlify, NETLIFY records for all subdomains (such as www.ofo.moe) are already working,but NETLIFY Record for root domain does not work.The domain is ofo.moe.

Hi, @jiansing. Thank you for notifying us about this issue. I saw the same behavior when I tested.

There was an error when that record was created and it wasn’t working. This issue was been corrected and the apex/root domain DNS record works correctly now.

If there are other questions or concerns, please let us know.

I have the opposite issue.

Netlify records are working for root domain https://mysite.com but not for subdomain such as https://www.mysite.com.

Nevermind, it’s now working fine. I guess it just needed some time for the new DNS to propagate.

Also, I don’t know if it’s relevant but I clicked on “Renew certificate” in the https section of Domain Management.
