Netlify dashboard has been restricted

I received the “Your Netlify dashboard has been restricted for non-payment” message when I logged in, I am always on the Starter plan and maybe this is because there are 2 Teams in my account and it is no longer used, can anyone guide me through this?

Hi, @frans, I do show three accounts associated with this email address and two of those accounts show outstanding balances.
