Netlify custom domain not working for subdomain previously used

We are trying to use the subdomain usa.makegoodwill.com but Netlify isn’t letting us use that domain.

It might be because we transferred the domain / DNS settings from another netlify account, so that there is a orphan usa.makegoodwill.com DNS record that should of been removed when we transferred the domain over.

The affected project url is testing-usa.makegoodwill.com
