Hi! I have recently implemented my website into the Netlifly platform. I would like to know is my site automatically HTTPS enabled in order to improve google search results?

Netlify usually enables SSL automatically.
Hi, @matti88, and welcome to the Netlify community site. 
What @balloon said is correct. If your DNS records are configured correctly (either using Netlify DNS or external DNS) , we will automatically provisions SSL certificates for your site using Let’s Encrypt.
