HTTPS certification error "CertOrder::CertAuthTickTimeoutError: Spent too long in ticking"

I got a error message shows

" CertOrder::CertAuthTickTimeoutError: Spent too long in ticking
We can’t renew your Let’s Encrypt certificate automatically until the issue is resolved. Check ourtroubleshooting guide for more information on how to fix the problem, and then renew the certificate."

I checked out troubleshooting page, but didn’t find what I want.

I don’t know where I can start to debug this error.

Thanks for writing in to our Community! This is not an issue you could have solved using the troubleshooting guide, as it is an infrequent, internal error. When an internal error like this one happens, it usually gets cleared out within 24 hours as our system automatically attempts to renew it.

In your case, since you also wrote in to the helpdesk, we renewed your certificate manually and that cleared out the error, so you should be good to go!
