I saw some recent posts on here about form submissions no longer being sent to gmail accounts due to a google outage a few weeks ago. I am experiencing the same problem, form submissions are no longer being sent to lloydjatkinson@gmail.com.
Please can this be looked into?
Hi, @lloydjatkinson. I’m not seeing any blocks for that email address.
Please note, I haven’t been able to find any forms configured to send notifications to that email address. I don’t think this is a delivery issue (but I could be wrong). I suspect that this is a configuration issue where the form simply isn’t configured to report submissions.
Would you please send us the site subdomain (or site API ID) for the site that should email form submissions to this email address?
