I got an email from Luke Lawson stating I needed to open a new ticket with you guys in order to give me direct control of the domain name (transferring domain at name.com). I believe that I need to set up the renewals with name.com as well.
Sorry to be slow to get back to you @leetwhitehead . Unfortunately, the new ticket needs to be opened in our helpdesk which I’ve just done. Could you please respond to the email titled [Community] Domain Transfer - Name.com for Renewals to confirm which domain and your identity? You also need to follow the steps here:
(create account, confirm ICAAN contact details, and respond with that account ID) in the helpdesk thread.
Then, yes, after we transfer, you can configure (or not) renewals at Name.com.
