trying to reset email, after clicking in the link in my email the browser says the link is expired. tried a few times + used a different browser, making sure to use the latest email everytime.
Hi, @djoe. I researched this and the error is happening because that email address is already taken (the one you are trying to change the email address to not from).
The error should say “The email address is already taken” instead and I have filed an issue to get that behavior changed.
If you want to change the email address on this account to the new email address, you must first delete the existing account under that email address. (Please let us know if there are any questions about how to do that.)
Again, the error message could explain the real reason for the error and I do have an issue filed to get that error messaged changed.
