Can I using netlify cms without netlify?

Hi,
I am new to Gridsome and Netlify
I have a client who wants his company profile to be hosting it on AWS. Is it possible?
The reason because the build and identity were limited and to upgrade the plan is expensive.

Is it possible?
if yes, can you provide me the tutorial, please?
