Auto-Renewal not working

Hi there! I had a domain, which expired a couple of months back. I would like to re-new it and get another starter-plan for a year. I wasn’t able to do this, as I got an error-message stating, that auto-renewal can’t be enabled. Can anyone help me out with this?

Hi, @tunikb. Because the domain was expired for so long, it was processed as a new registration and not a renewal.

The custom domain is active now as I’ve run a sync process to update the domain information on our service.

You should be able to enable the automatic renewals now if you want to.
