Another site is already using this domain but in my list it does not appear

Hi!
I want to add a custom domain but I get a message: “menessecondos.com already has an owner. Is it you?” followed by an error: “Another site is already using this domain”. However, in my list of domains it does not appear. What I can do?

My domain is: menessecondos.com
